This project rebuilds the signup flow and refreshes the UI to improve conversions and lead capture. The focus is on reducing friction, capturing stronger leads earlier, and creating a smoother, more enjoyable experience for new users.
This project introduces a flexible custom fields system that allows specialized verticals like medical spas, pet groomers, and martial arts studios to capture the exact data their businesses need, opening Vagaro to entirely new markets.
Beyond the Case Studies
I led the design of Vagaro’s upgraded Text Marketing feature, introducing images and GIFs to help businesses stand out and communicate more effectively.
I also led the effort to evolve the pricing model into a credit-based system, making usage more flexible and scalable for different business needs.
I designed an internal automation tool for Vagaro's Merchant Services and Fraud and Risk teams, saving employees 540+ hours per month while automating and streamlining account creation for merchants.
The PayPro Go is a next-generation POS terminal that will allow businesses to process transactions. The PayPro Go has a vivid screen for customer transparency including items in cart, pricing, and tip screens.
